Looking at a nice FS ride for a friend. Found a good frame but it is built
with some components I am not familiar with. Would rather have some
firsthand feedback than a website blurb.
Can anyone give me details on quality and durability of
Suntour XCR-650 derailleur and crankset
SR Suntour AXON-E-RL fork
To my knowledge, they would be circa 2001.

As far as I know it is a Taiwanese company. The components are upper lower
level stuff from what I've seen. Actually I would steer well away from
anything that didn't say Shimano on it for a real mountain bike.
