I am looking for some inexpensive rims for a build for some training wheels. Weight not as important
as durability. 32 hole, to be built w/ 02 xtr hubs. Any suggestions? TIA. andy

For reasonably priced rims that really take a beating, get some Velocity Aerohead's. I've built
thousands of wheels, and these rims are a favorite on a bidget. Use Brass nipples, though. If you
want to use alloy nipples, use a drill bit and chamfer the hole so as to not fatigue the nipple at
the insertion point.
