the rest of the field, got caught out when a large 33 man break went away at
    km90, ending up Hors Delai

The break self destructed in the second half of the race and the riders
arrived either solo or in small groups.

What kind of a race is it, for only 19 men to finish out of 151???
Was it really windy, really hilly, or was it just a really good
    breakaway?

Almost dead flat (with a cobbled section per lap I think), and not too
windy. The course doesn't break the field up, the riders do. Often a small
group of 9-10 contests the finish.

It was actually the Kampioenschap van Vlaanderen - Bel - 182,6 km
    - cat. 1.3 (Flandrian Championship)

A very old established race first run in 1908:
1908 Robert Wancour Firmin Lambot Louis Colsaet
1909 Robert Wancour Odiel Defraeye Marcel Buysse

Sorry this is best I can do right now as most of the newsfeedz,
newspaperz. etc are trumprting the Vuelta.

But watch the G.P. Isbergues tomorrow. I think VDB might show there, hopefully.
