Hear hear.
Wearing a helmet and using cycle lanes doesn't stop people being killed in
London (and other places).
I really, really don't want to say this but the physiotherapist from
Tommies who was so tragically killed on Blackfriars Bridge was wearing a
helmet and was following a cycle lane.
That's what these tossers from the DoT want us to do.
