Vegan coleslaw, waiting to wilt enough to have for lunch, along with
roast beef sandwiches on fresh rolls that we'll buy in a little while.
The eggplant casserole, which we'll have for dinner along with some
sort of pasta or rice thing.
A pot of leftover rice pudding that needs to be tossed. Wonder if I
could use it to make cookies? Nah, better just toss it.

Vegan coleslaw is coleslaw I made with vegan mayo because I was out of
regular mayo. :-)
