I am interested in an "integrated cell image analysis system" for research purpose in our computer science and bioinformatics department at Malakand University, Pakistan. The system will be used to acquire cell data from prepared slides of tissue sections. The system should be capable of acquiring cell and nucleus density, perimeter of cell/nucleus and must include all hardware and software (i.e. Camera mounted on microscope, computer, frame grabber, display, image analysis software etc.).
