I am heading out to Washington on or around the 1st June 2012 with my cycle and travelling light. then onto Portland and all the way down the west coast then heading inland and finishing at Phoenix over five weeks I would welcome and advice campsite /hotel motel guest houses or youth hostel information.

Yuma to Mohawk
Mohawk to Gila Bend
Gila Bend to Phoenix
Any advice or nice places to stay would be a great help. Also any pitfalls of the route or places to avoid .
