Talking to a friend, Rod, today about the ride he did a couple of
weekends ago. Starting in Avoca (west of Bendigo) and wandering around
north central Vic with a couple of mates. Sort of an unsupported
Audax. 206km of undulating plus a few hills. About 9 hours. Not really
fast, but, Rod's 75.
He also did a couple of 100km rides and one 80km ride in the week
before.
