    With his femur poking through his right quadriceps, requiring frequent poking back in and
    re-alignment with the protruding bone of his broken finger, causing his right collarbone to
    eventually snap completely, poking him in the cheek, making breathing difficult.

    But he would've finished with the group, riding in the saddle.
