As I suspected, it was the Jamie Andrew / Jamie Fisher story.

I guess comparisons with the Touching the Void film are inevitable,
given the similar format. IMHO, 25 minutes and a shaky production
didn't do the story justice.

For a better account, I'd recommend Jamie Andrew's book, Life and Limb -
a tale of adventure and courage, and a humbling story of the finest
aspects of the human spirit. Very well written, too.

Apologies if that sounds like publishers' puff, but it is a very good
read (IMHO, of course).

Though quite dispiriting to those of us who still can't climb as hard
as Jamie now does!
