Ok foody's I bought these big packages of pork trimmings on sale for only 3
bucks! Now one of the piles is going for carnita's or asada. But I need
some suggestions on what to do with this pile!
    Thanks,

Sounds like the right stuff for any number of simmer sauces, bought or
homemade. Tikka masala, korma, pepita, cacciatore, various moles, the
list goes on and on. Briefly brown the pork and then simmer till done
in one of the sauces. -aem

Kabobs. Grilled low and and slow. But not smoked!! Those folks on abf are
entirely too taken with smoking stuff (LOL) And don't worry if the pork is
a little bit pink in the middle, just make sure it's cooked through and
everything will be alright. Serve it with some rice and a salad or
something green and you're good to go 🙂
