I'm looking for a good ice pack for my knees. I used to have a couple that were made by Spenco, and they were great. They were made of a blue gel, about 12" by 4" by 1", encased one one side by terry cloth, and on the other by a thin nylon fabric. At one end they had an elastic cloth strip, with velcro at the end. After putting them in the freezer overnight, I could then wrap them around my knees after a ride, and fasten them with the velcro. The gel would remain soft, even when very cold.
It appears that Spenco no longer makes these. If anyone knows of anything similar, or another brand of ice pack that they recommend, I would appreciate hearing about it.

MEDport makes a similar product and I believe they are carried by the CVS Pharmacy chain. Or just Google MEDport and see if they are available online.
