How can I obtain a smooth and creamy texture in homemade
low fat ice cream and frozen yogurt? In all my attempts
(from different sources), my end result was always icy,
but I've eaten extremely creamy low fat ice cream and
frozen yogurt without that icy texture. Any
recommendations would be great.

worked for
me.1 large container frozen orange juice 2 cups water
1/2 cup milk powder 1 tsp artificial sweetener
2/4 tsp vanilla30 - 40 minutes in the machine. It seems that the longer it
is mixed the smoother it becomes. -

belong in ice cream - carrageenan, guar gum, etc.Kate
