Ibex, Jamis or Kona

I am on my second Jamis and i like them alot. Jamis's geometry fits my body type well short legs long torso. I say if all else is equal, then go with best fit. I don't know anything about Ibex, but Konas are really good too.

The Kona stinky is by far the better bike. The frame design is tried and true, do not get caught up in parts spec. the difference between xt and lx is not noticable and parts can always be upgraded as they wear out. Kona is a great company with excellent customer service. There are leaders and followers in the bike world and Kona is a leader!

Revolution makes a good point about parts spec. The heart of the bike is its frame and I have heard also of Konas customer support-it is suppose to be excellent. If your a real huckster you probably would be better off with a Kona. The Jamis XLT is really a light-weight (not as light as a Tracer of course) trail bike. The Kona stinky might hold up and perform better if you have a hankering for hucking.
