  1. I'm starting on the Beginner's routine laid out in The Muscle Book by
    Ian King.

    I have a few questions, this is very different from what I did before:

    How much does order of the exercises really matter? The time of 30
    seconds is given for the rest period, it seems hard (to me anyway) to
    get from area to area in such a brief time, and set up... For example,
    trying to get from a stretch/sit-up area to a bench, back again, go
    grab blocks, etc. Re-ordering these so curl-ups/push-up holds/thin
    tummy were in sequence would make this a lot easier when the gym is
    crowded.

    Also, I was lifting before, but not for 6 months straight. I managed
    to hit the abs/quads really hard, but I think I neglected some other
    muscles. Should I start from scratch with Ian King, or try to work
    these areas harder to keep them up? Maybe this will just create a
    strength imbalance?
