I have a 03 Trek 4300. And I want to upgrade the forks and put disc brakes on it. My budget is about 350 dollars what would be the best forks and brakes I can put on it. Or do i need to spend more or buy another bike.

for a decent set of brakes and forks, i think u'd have to spend more that 350, but u could got either good brakes or good forks for that money. Or save up some more cash and sell the bike 2nd and then buy a new one i guess. Hope Mono Mini's are Very good disc brakes. but it depends whether u really need it for what your doing, if your really into off roading go for it, but if its only casual then stick with the V brakes and get a nice pair of forks mayb
