  1. In the past maybe, four days, I've had a dinner
of sausage peppers and onions with some great
bread (ditto yesterday for lunch, great leftovers),
twice beef tenderloin steaks with mashed potatoes
and peas, plenty of tomato/cucumber salad, oven
fried chicken (the oven decided it was in the mood
that day), oh, and a nice dinner of very good 'chili.'

Washed down with good iced tea, why, you'd
think it was summertime or something.

Sounds great! Especially the iced tea. I should make some. Have tons of
    tea bags.

Puzzles me no end that people buy that powdered stuff
or buy Snapple, that stuff isn't cheap. Tastes like [censored] to
me (sorry snapple fans). Plus, I don't like my iced tea
sweet. Maybe 30 cents for a bunch of glasses of it.

Precisely. You're really making me thirsty here, lady!

You certainly have been eating well, and it really sounds good!

    Keep up the good work!
