    It's a lie, the capsules have no such ingredient, but according to
    Sen. Orrin Hatch, it makes no difference.

    As a "supplement", my product is not required to show safety,
    efficacy...or even to show that what's in the capsule is actually what
    I say it is (on the label).

    Is this the level of honesty that the "alt" industry seeks? Are they
    happy with this particular version of the status quo?

    Wrong BO. Pharmaceuticals are regulated, whil ethe non-pharmaceuticals are
    pure wild west.
