    #1. I tracked a couple of the people from my running group who
    competed today and I just can't say how good I feel for them. Pretty
    brutal but our guys had a leg up. Normal for us for the last 4 months has
    been -10C with -10C to -25C windchills.

    #2. I just read tfactors post about her elevator ride with the 60+F AG
    winner. AWESOME!!

    #3. I did a 5K a few weeks ago @ 25:11, my 2nd "race" in 27 years. To
    qualify for my AG, I'd have to do another 23.2 of those at that pace to
    qualify.

    I've got _so_ much work to do.
