I know it's not very uncommon, but I'd like to fix my "balance" problem. You see...
It all started way back in the day when I was a little kid on one of my first bikes. I was riding with no hands and suddenly, the wheel turned inward suddenly and to quick to react. Naturally, I didn't stop it and I flew from my bike...
I guess it's because I'm still scared that it'd happen again, but I'd really like to get over this fear as I'd assume when taking food from my "back pockets" on my jersey to eat.. it'd save time and a lot of mess.

Any suggestions?!
I would suggest, if you have access to one, practicing on a mountain bike, or a bike with a beefier tire. I believe they have better stability. I would defintly practice in the grass on a slight downward slope so you can coast and concentrait on your balance before you throw in the next variable, balancing while you pedal. -Hope this helps
