I just got back from vacation with my family. I was so impressed that I stayed on the induction phase thru the entire vacation (other than depending on nuts on occassion in order to have "something" I could eat). We ate at restraunts, etc, often. I kept the tips in mind that were mentioned previously, and they really helped! I can't wait to have my first "weigh in" on wednesday morning (the two week mark after starting induction). I am visually and physically feeling a very big difference with my body since beginning this low carb woe a week and a half ago!

Good for you! That shows a BIG commitment to this WOE and you should be proud of yourself for sticking to it (and proving to yourself that it CAN be done)!
