  1. I am a 58 year old male, 20 pounds overweight, with 1 artifical hip and with the other decaying rapidly. I recently started riding again. Nothing too extreme, just about 50-60 miles a week and I am pleased to report that my remaining natural hip feels much much better. In fact, if this keeps up I may be able to postpone the second hip operation for several years. I think that building up the muscles around the hip joint has taken much of the pressure off the bone to bone contact that was occuring. If I do have the same condition as Floyd, I think I can say that he was/is more comfortable when on the bike than when off...

  2. I thought you were going to say you have elevated testostorone levels.😄

Good luck with the hip. I glad the bike has helped.

    LOL, so did I.

and good luck to you again on the hip. My hip pops already and I'm 23

Yeah, you have a knack for writing headlines...

At that mileage level per week the extra 20 libbies will melt away quickly. Then you'll be able to enjoy the extra shot or two of Jack Daniels and not worry about it's impact on your waistline. Ah but then you might end up with yet another "same condition as Floyd Landis".
