which would you use for a bike fit.

Yes I have a bike dealer that has a computer and another who rode as a pro.

$150.00 for either 3hrs ea.

What you did is someone doing a fit that knows what they're doing. A fit can be screwed up just as easily with a computer as without. Likewise, riding as a pro doesn't necessarily make a person a good fitter. You should ask what systems, if any, they are using and ask how long they've been doing bike fits on customers (doing fits on yerself doesn't count).

With that said, it's also possible that they'll both do an equally good job. Given that--good job or bad--a fit is not necessarily something that's fixed. That "fit" might be something that you end up adjusting slightly yourself. Every single fit I've had done placed my cleats so that the pedal axle was directly beneath the ball of each foot. It didn't matter that I told them that I feel best with the ball of each foot about 1 cm behind the pedal axle.....so I'd fix it when I got home.
