Oh yes. Most things that are prepared on Food TV shows are covered in their
recipe sections. While I was not a big fan of Emeril I was impressed with some
of his recipes and had very good luck with them, like the double chocolate cake
with chocolate ganache and chocolate sails, the Sagueny Tortiere, Tarte au
Sucre and his Tira Misu. All worked out great. My only problem with the
recipes was the amount of chocolate for the ganache and for the chocolate
sails. The recipe called for close to twice as much as was needed for the cake.
