  1. Has anyone had any experience (positive or negative) with hypnotherapy?
Does it really work and for what?

I have seen is used effectively in medicine (real hospitals, real
doctors) for childbirth, and even as the only anaesthetic for an
    aortic aneurysm repair.

It's effective for many chronic neuroses, bad habits, etc.
although they may require a refresher session occasionally.

Thanks for the post. Do you have any links to articles of hospitals using
    hypnotherapy?
