As I put my winter road bike back into garage, I moved my
Attack Trail MTB, with Hope discs & hydraulics. Brakes were
sort of ON, especially rear. Is the hydraulic fluid
hygroscopic like car brake fluid, so it's absorbed water &
"filled" the pipes etc? The rear wont come fully off no
matter how much I unscrew the reservoir cap.
All suggestions (relevant anyway) welcome.

Yes .. virtually identical fluids .. 😉
You may need (I would recommend it) to replace all the
fluid, the brake piston seals and any cap / cover o-rings
etc
