  1. Assuming you're adequately hydrated to start with and it's not an unusually hot day, is drinking necessary for a 1 hour TT(or a hill climb or other race)?
    Other than thirst related discomfort, will performance really suffer in shorter events of about an hour or less? I know this is a general question with many "depends on this or that". I'm just curious. Thanks.
