The EPX frame comes with fork, headset, and seatpost for $595 (but the
colors are kind of ugly). I have never dealt with either pedalforce
or greenfishsports and know nothing about their customer service.
I believe both frames are made in Taiwan by Martec (www.martec.com.tw). -
Don't know about their frames first hand but I have been riding one of
their forks for over two years and it is still rock solid. Quality is
first rate.
