Upper-deck (verb) - The malicious act of taking a [censored] in the water tank of
a toilet, thus contaminating the toilet's clean water supply.
Usage: When Jonathan Page discovers all the bad things that Crit Pro has
been saying about him, he'll head straight to Crit's house and go total
upper-deck.
