Hi, I"m working my way back into riding and improving my fitness. I'm considering the purchase of a HRM. I've been reading and was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Polar F11? I think I did read that there is an accessory for fitting to a bike. Any thoughts welcome.

you can buy a bike mount seperatly. but it wont have any cycling features. The Keeps you fit program is great for general fitness. But it will not help you for cycling. The unit itself has no problems, it works great. You can download totals and your program to polarfitnesstrainer.com. it holds more exercises than the previous models in its 'class'(12). its pretty much like having somebody hold your hand while getting back into shape. i would recommend it.
that is if you dont care about speed/distance.
