1. Hi there!

I like to ask something from You guys. I just can't get the right answer.

I'm 29 year old 189cm/71kilos.

I do lost of indoor traning lately. 5 days a week, each day 4 hours at 150HR/bpm.
Its seems long, You might say I'm overtraning myself, but I start around 300W and finishing 270W even on my 5th day.

Now..my trainer want me to do some intervals, I figured out I can't really do 180+ HR/bpm.

Is it something with muscle power or anaerobic power ?
As you see i'm pretty fit.Do you have any idea whats going on with me, around 180+ HR.
let me know what you think.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you trying to find out what your coach / trainer is targetting with a particular interval session?

4h a day on the turbo? I think you need professional help 😄 !

I know what this particular interval session is all about.I should do 3x10min 95-105% of MHR to improve VO2Max. I just don't find the reason why I stopped around 180HR/bpm.My MHR is 192bpm. (lab. test).
On short interval session I have no problem with it!

What is the problem with 4h a day "turbo"?
I do it, and my wattage doesn't dropped! That means I did recovered over 24h.
What's wrong whit it?
ps;sorry about my s#itty writing.

4. I think biker-linz means that it requires considerable mental facilities to spend 4hrs on a trainer every day. As for the heart rate, its so subjective and is influenced by any number of things. You would be better off looking at your power output.

Is it possible that you pushed yourself harder during the lab test than you do on the trainer at home by yourself? I have no problem 'getting it up' during a race, but usually don’t go above 90% during a spin class. Lets face it we are all human.

It is! ..but I did the fitness test on my polar S520.
I got MaxHR 191 on it.

Anybody ?
