HPM sells direct only, so there is not a lot of marketing on their products.
They are the for profit arm of the not for profit Center for Appropriate Transportation.
They train youths on bicycle fabricating skills.
Though the Phaser and its non-folding sibling the Trick are aluminum, they weigh as much as chromo monotube bents.
I believe the Phaser to be the lowest priced folding SWB bent on the market.
The have several models of bents, folders, and cargo carrying bikes/trikes and combinations of those.
I’ve heard thumbs up from HPM owners, including one local ride leader/bicycle courier who has over 40,000 miles on another HPM model.
