I have seen tables on the recommended BMI for a certain height. My question is, are those weights what you should weight with or without cloths? I have been loosing weight with diet changes. I weighted 190.5 yesterday. Without cloths that figure dropped to 182.5.

What is the right number to go by?
Without clothing is most appropriate although less practical to obtain outside of your own home.
The BMI (body mass index) is a rough calculation based on your height and weight, so the BMI relative to height is irrelevant. It's number that stands alone as a rough guide to a person's degree of obesity. It's not a perfect determination, but it is fairly accurate in most circumstances.
