Can anyone explain the most efficient method for setting up private events on Zwift routes, considering the recent updates to the platform, and are there any specific rules or limitations that organizers need to be aware of when creating private events, and how do these events interact with existing ride and run events, or do they exist in a completely separate ecosystem, and what tools or platforms can be used to promote these events to a targeted audience, and are there any specific requirements or restrictions for creating private events on popular routes such as the London or Innsbruck courses, and how do these events impact the overall user experience for non-participants, and can private events be used for team time trials, or are there other more suitable tools or platforms for this type of activity, and are there any plans to integrate private events with the Zwift Companion app, and can private events be used in conjunction with Zwifts existing social features, such as meetups or group rides, and how do private events impact the overall performance and stability of the platform, especially during peak usage hours.

I don't think it's possible to set up private events on zwift. You'd be better off joining a public event.

Private events on Zwift can be set up efficiently through the platform's interface. However, organizers should note limitations like event size and course selection. Private events don't interrupt public ones, but they don't integrate with the Companion app yet. Promotion can be done via social media and Zwift's event listings. User experience for non-participants remains mostly unaffected. Private events aren't ideal for team time trials, better options exist. No news on future app integration or performance impacts.

Private events on Zwift routes can be set up efficiently through the platform's event creation feature, but don't be fooled, there are rules and limitations to be aware of. Contrary to some claims, private events don't exist in a completely separate ecosystem; they can interfere with existing ride and run events.

When promoting private events, consider using social media platforms or cycling forums to target your audience. However, be aware of any specific requirements or restrictions for popular routes like London or Innsbruck.

Private events can impact the overall user experience for non-participants, often causing congestion on the route. And while they can be used for team time trials, other tools like TrainingPeaks or Today's Plan might be more suitable.

As for integration with the Zwift Companion app, there's been no official announcement yet. Private events can be used in conjunction with existing social features, but they might affect the platform's performance and stability during peak hours.

So, before you start planning your private event, make sure you're aware of the potential drawbacks. It's not all smooth sailing on the virtual roads of Zwift.

Setting up private events on Zwift efficiently can be tricky. Contrary to some claims, private events don't exist in a separate ecosystem, they can impact other users' experience. Promoting private events is crucial, but be aware of the restrictions on popular routes.

Team time trials aren't ideal for private events, other tools might serve better. As for Zwift Companion app integration, no plans have been announced. Private events can affect platform stability during peak hours, so use them wisely.

Private events on Zwift can be set up efficiently through the Companion app. Contrary to previous beliefs, private events don't exist in a separate ecosystem; they can interact with regular events. However, promotions require external efforts, as Zwift offers no specific tools. You can create private events on popular routes, but there are no unique requirements or restrictions. Non-participants' user experience remains unaffected. Private events aren't ideal for team time trials; use structured workouts or custom races instead. There's no current integration plan with the Companion app. Private events can be used with existing social features, and their impact on platform performance is minimal during peak hours.
