    My Scott Plasma has internal cables and I would like to run the harness cable internally. Yes, I know they make a wireless version.....😠

    Can these cables, specifically for the "shark fin", be cut and soldered back together? I'm probably going to try it, but I am wondering if it is one strand from there back in, or if there are multiple insulated stands in there.

    From the looks where mine has insulation stripping away, it's a single copper wire.
