  1. I was so eager to gain my weight! I eat a lot and I think it doesent work.
How can I gain some weight? It is natural for as a 22 year old girl and has
    only a 100lbs in weight?
    Should I try different vitamins?
Or should I have some diet? what should I do?
    Anyone help......................!

While it depends on your size what is considered a normal weight and what is
not 100lbs is almost certainly too low. What would work best for you depends
on why you weight what you weight..

Do you have any health conditions that cause you weight (chronic diseases,
    gastric problems, eating disorders..)?
Are you vegetarian? Vegan? Any other special diet?
Did you weight more at any point? Why did you loose weight? And so on..
Just "Eat more" most probably won't solve your problem- because I guess you
figured that much out for yourself.

I would recommend you go to either a good nutritionist or a good doctor and
work with them for your weight-gain; thats the safest way and the most
probable to have success- because they can find out the underlying cause and
work in that direction with you.

If that is not an option at all:
try to make lists of what, when and how much you eat each day.
Try to get to at least 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) a day, and at
    least 3 snacks in between.
You don't have to eat huge ammounts during these meals, but try to get a
habit of eating regularily; everything else will come in time. Eat what you
    like best more often.
Try to combine eating with something positive.. go out eating with friends,
take your time when eating, "celebrate" dinners on weekends with significant
    others etc.

That's light, but how tall are you? I have a couple of friends about that weight.

What do your relatives look like?

    Are they healthy?

  4. I used to have the same problem. I'm 5' 10" and only weighed 135 lbs
when I graduated high school. No matter what I ate, not matter how
hard I exercised, it was all I could do to maintain 140 lbs. If I
stopped working out and eating constantly, my weight would slip back
down. It wasn't until I started learning about nutrition basics that I
finally discovered how to gain the weight my body really wanted all
along. It's all in the digestion. My body wasn't digesting the food I
was eating. That's why I could eat 4000 to 5000 calories a day and not
    gain weight.

I would recommend starting with a good probiotic. What kind you use is
up to you. Some prefer supplements. Some prefer kefir, yogurt,
kombucha, fermented fruits and veggies and the like. I personally use
a combination of as many different kinds as I can. Make sure you stay
away from animal foods that have been injected with or fed antibiotics.
You'll also want to avoid chlorinated water. Those foods will kill
the natural friendly bacteria in your gut that help you digest food.
Also, a good general recommendation is to avoid refined foods. Your
body doesn't need empty calories. That's the wrong kind of weight to
    gain.

Assuming that you're not a vegan and are in fairly healthy condition,
you should see changes fairly quickly if you're willing to stick to
these recommendations. When I made this change, I went from 140 to 158
in about 4 months... and I wasn't even working out at the time. The
weight was evenly distributed and looked very good on me. The weight
gain stopped when my body put on the weight it thought it needed.

    Hope that helps.
    Max.
