Somebody calls another person a name or gets personal...killfilter them.
After a week or two goes by, look at your killfilter list and if you see a name many times with different incarnations, this is a troll of the highest magnitude. Changing their ID constantly identifies the person as one who knows they are a troll and has to do this to get somebody to respond. (what's the point of insulting people for a response if they don't see your post?)
The ones who are not trolls will only have one entry in your killfilter list and can be removed. Perhaps they had an off day but do not make a habit of it.
