  1. I just bought my bike and was wondering what do to regular chech ups on and how i should go about cleaning my bike like should i take out bearings and clean them and how and things like that.

    is a good place to start.
    Finish Line makes frame and drive train cleaning materials.
    Pedros also makes tools and cleaning materials.
    I suggest a vist to you Local Bicylcle Shop (LBS) for some guidance. There are things that may be best handled by a professional. There are other things they would just as soon you deal with.

    Don't bugger things and then go lookng for a cheap fix. You'll get snickers and charged twice as much.
