Hi I'm new here...wanna buy a bike but dunno how to choose. Hope somebody can help me here...

It would help if you give a little more information. What type of riding? What size bike do you think you need? How big are you? I am not familiar with the bike. I suspect it is an OPP unit.🙂
Most of the frames you see on the road today are made in China. The largest manufacturers in the world (Giant, Trek, Avanti, etc) have factories in China.
So to answer your last question, yes, most people will buy frames made in China. Honestly, if you are very serious about cycling and compete/train all the time, these frames are more than enough to get you around. Its the geometry that is more important and different models vary largely.
Dont let branding fool you cos in fact, most of the consumer products (in particular electricals) are all made there.😉
