How to change a flat.

If it's only flat on the bottom, don't worry about it! If it's flat all around, patch or replace the tube. Don't forget to find out what caused the flat and remove the sharp thing from the tire if it is still there or else it will cut the new tube even faster!

Well, the very best way to learn this (easy but essential) process is having someone walk you through it, hands on. The next best thing is getting a virtual online lesson from everyone's favorite online guru, Sheldon Brown.

Or you can do like JFHeinz-Kerry (the common man candidate biker wannabee) does, just have the secret service take it to a bike shop.
