How to Adjust Clipless Pedals

What brand and model of pedal are you using? Adjustment positions will vary. As examples here are some links:

The manufacturer's website should have information on how to adjust (or the literature that came with the pedals)...just be careful on the settings. You don't want them to be too loose, and pop out whilst sprinting up a hill out of the saddle. BTDTBTTS.

Thanks. The guy at the store set them for me, but my father in law made me nervous by saying they should be super loose to avoid falling.
