Hey, I took the wheel off of my uni for the first time to change out tires. How tight do you need to tighten the "things" that must be taken off to get the wheel off? I am sure there is a name for them but I do not know it. they go over the bearings. If you tighten them to much the wheel does not spin very freely. I feel like this is a stupid question, but hopefully someone will take the time to give me an idea. Thanks again!
