    The "fold and template" theory?

    There will probably be others.

I understand the template concept in other spheres, so I can
see how that could work. However I am having difficulty
thinking of other examples of templating in the "natural
world", in Nature itself. There, everything is different,
everything is unique, - every growing leaf or feather of a
bird. Where does templating exist elsewhere in the natural
world? (any thoughts on this appreciated)
