Do you keep falling off the wagon?
How many days do you manage before you fall off?
Me? Never. But that's because I don't "do" Atkins. Instead, I've put
together a customized low carb plan that fits my lifestyle and
nutritional requirements. If you're consistently starting and stopping
Atkins, maybe the plan isn't for you.
Le me ask you a question though - do you understand the Atkins plan?
Not what you think it's about, but the real Atkins. Have you read the
book? Atkins isn't the no-carb, bacon, whipped cream and steak-only
diet that so many people think it is. If you really and truly know the
diet and still can't follow it, try South Beach. Maybe you'll find it a
little easier to follow.
Or do some research and come up with a diet that you can live with.
Knowledge is your friend. Falling on and off the wagon is a bad way to
live. You can make a change.
