How much would you pay for...?

You never heard of the seller or the Scapin?
Scapin is a small Italian manufacturer of quality steel frames.
For the bike you mention in good condition I would pay up to $400.00

Assuming the frame is in excellent condition, about $300. Then add the
cost of the extras.
