How much time do you think top riders lose because of the fans. You can
argue that the fans give them extra strength to fight on, but some fans like
the German fan carrying the flag that got in Jan's way cost him fractions of
a second, but those little things add up over time. How much time would they
gain if all the fans were behind barricades?
