Hi all,
I m targeting the swim part of triathlon relay in the first
week of May and is looking at focusing on swim from now
until the race. How much should I do to maintain my bike and
run? I trained 12 sessions a week and is now spending 6
sessions in swimming and one session doing brick in open
water. What should I do with the reminding 5 sessions to
keep a minimum fitness in bike and run for forthcoming tri
races in august - october?
