    At the shop that I work at, we'd get around $125.00 to build up a naked frame using a Security Bike kit that has all matching parts.

    For swaping parts from another bike we'd have to get a bit more for removing and cleaning up, maybe overhauling the old parts. There's also issues like the seatpost that might not fit and the cost of cables and housings that will need to be replaced. Considering the extra work, I'd say $175.00 - $200.00 wouldn't be out of line.
