How much fish oil?

  1. I'm unsure. I can show how I've come up with 3grams per day epa+dha but I
    can also come up with 1g per day. What do most people use?

    Depends entirely on what you're using it for. And it also has to be made
    clear what that 1 g figure refers to. If it is the net mass of EPA and DHA,
    then slightly more than three grams of fish oils would be required.

  5. One gram of fish oil does not contain 1 gram of EPA+DHA, typically it's only
    half the oil give or take 20%.
