not the ones with disc brakes, i am in london, i set off at six every morning for work in rain or snow or glorious sunshine and i fight my way passed 18 metre long bendy busses, discs don't fade or get too wet. i'll give some weight and miss the bus

Not in the bunches I ride with, I would think it's closer to 7kg.

My Cannondale Supersix EVO(54 cm) Dura ace is 14.56 lbs with pedals, computer and bottle cage now. I'm upgrading Easton EC90 SLX Tubular wheels and Vettria Crono EVO CS 320 TPI Tubular tires next week. Does anyone know how much weight will be shaved off ? I can't wait to find out.

Cant say for sure but if you inflate the tires outdoors they will be considerably lighter due to the fact that winter air is much lighter than humid summer air./img/vbsmilies/smilies/wink.gif

Well, since you didn't tell us how much your current wheels and tires weigh, there's no way to know. Wheel weights can vary a lot. Tire weights can vary a lot.

You can expect to lose on the order of a pound, but that's based on your numbers and manufacturer published weights for the Easton wheels and Vittoria tires. Published weights can be noticeably different than actual weights. Did you weigh your current wheels, or did you just use published weights?

After upgrading my EVO with Easton EC90 SLX and Specialized S - Works saddle. The bike is 13.01 lbs with padels, computer and bollte cage.

You may be able to get that below 13 lbs by cutting the top of the steerer tube down to the stem and removing the caps off the valve stems. If you are using the stem nuts toss them aside also.
Very nice bike Cannondale is an excellant company.

The Rival brakes should be here this weekend. It will save another 204 g. Housing and cables(saving 70 g) will be the last part. Expected 12.40 lbs final. Thanks for your advice Davereo.

I will be switching the EVO Fizik saddle, Mavic SL and Dura Ace brakes to my 2010 Cannondale(Dura Ace) CAAD9 1 and put a Cranks Brother 11 Pedals Egg Beater Pedals next week.
